Use of the App
DaySpend is a personal budgeting tool designed to help you track daily spending. You may use the app for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it through any means other than the interface provided.
Your Data
All data you create within DaySpend — including budgets, expenses, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases
DaySpend offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Intellectual Property
The DaySpend app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned byDaySpend and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DaySpend is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. DaySpend is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DaySpend and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of DaySpend after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
You may stop using DaySpend at any time by deleting the app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app will remove all associated data from your device.
